Great Debris :: Debris Revisited; a cassette tape debacle

Great Debris

by Dustin the Great !

DJ: Inju Kaboom

Air date: 9/30/09

Debris is a word used to describe the REMAINS of something that has been otherwise DESTROYED.

- from wikipedia ( caps. mine )

Origin of the word is from the French 16th Century, "debriser" which means, to break ( in pieces ).

Debris in the visual thesaurus branches out to four words paths : RUBBLE, JUNK, DUST, DETRITUS

Detritus.net _ a conceptual definition:

"Detritus is a metaphor! It's the rubbish of our own lives, our culture, the stuff that gets tossed, but somebody else picks up, and sees something new in it...

It is the truth of what is rotten: that it will live to see another day...

Put another way - "worm food" - it is you - one day..."
