DJ $bILL is a musician, bicycle mechanic and resident of WHFR. "Cash Papercuts" is a journey through his eclectc tastes, its midnight start time often determining the mood -- either calm yet thought-provoking smatterings of jazz, country and Quiet Storm, or raucous, funky romps. Mostly, it's a mixed bag, with special emphasis on fun and/or instrumental vintage soul music, guitar-driven rock and roll, out/avant jazz, deep country, and funky African music. $b will frequently add his own "cuts," aka record scratches, to varying degrees of effectiveness(he is not a professional turntablist), and will tie the varied musics together with his FM-friendly voice.

So much cash in my hand that I got papercuts.
